Results from the CPSBuDi experiment presented at the 4th International Women4Energy Conference. "Towards a low-carbon economy" was the focus of the conference, with an emphasis on the implications and conclusions of the Paris Agreement. The one-day conference included discussion of the consequences of the agreement, existing approaches and trends for a low-carbon economy in the future. Results from the TEMPO experiment presented at the Overture Workshop, part of the FM2016 conference. This is the 14th in a series of workshops on the open-source Overture tool for the Vienna Development Method (VDM). The platform provides a vehicle for activity in modelling and analysis technology including static analysis, interpreters, test generation and execution support and model checking.

CPSE Labs Sweden invites you to a practical workshop on linked-data and OSLC for tool inteoperability. Workshop attendees will learn the foundations of Linked Data and the OSLC open standard, and how their principles and technologies are applied for integrating engineering tools. In the afternoon session, attendees will develop OSLC-compliant tool adaptors, based on the OSLC4J (Java-based) toolkit, and will be introduced to code generators implemented by KTH for streamlining the process of developing these adaptors. The Manufacturable and Dependable Multicore Architectures at Nanoscale (MEDIAN) project is a European initiative to address challenges in manufacturing yield and field reliability which are important enabling factors for electronic devices pervading our lives, from medical to consumer electronics, from railways to the automotive and avionics scenarios. This workshop will be the final event for the MEDIAN action, compiling all its major results.
Smart Anything Everywhere (SAE) will be represented at the EPoSS European Technology Platform on Smart Systems Integration General Assembly and Annual Forum. The workshop aims to advance the research and development of theory, tools and applications of FM and MDSE to robotics and automation. The theme of the summer school is "Cyber Physical Systems", with emphasis on ways of applying the state of the art and best practices currently available techniques in design, analysis and deployment of CPS in everyday life and business activities. The LCCC Linnaeus Center of Lund University and the ACCESS Linnaeus Center of KTH, are hosting a joint workshop on Model-Based Engineering (MBE), including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), at Lund University. The workshop will cover state of the art, recent advances and future directions in MBE research and development, as well as efforts and transition to practice in industry, with a presentation introducing CPSE Labs as a sponsor and as a promoter of open standards based interoperability. This forum will launch the European cluster 'Smart Anything Everywhere' consisting of 4 networks of regional competence centres, funded with EUR 26 M. This includes the CPSE Labs project. The ultimate goal is to facilitate access to latest technologies in the areas of systems and components. The launch event will provide a forum to discuss capabilities of electronics and ICT technologies for supporting SMEs who build innovative and competitive 'smart' products. In addition, France will present its experience with a complementary initiative to foster innovation in SMES.More

CPSE Labs will be introduced at the final workshop of the Cyber-Physical European Roadmap and Strategy (CyPhERS) project. CyPhERS is a support action funded by the EU under the FP7 programme, and has surveyed, analysed, and evaluated the economic, technical, scientific, and societal impact of CPSs. The chief outcome of the project is a comprehensive strategic research and innovation agenda for CPS and associated recommendations for action for the European Commission. Coming to the end of the project, CyPhERS is presenting its work and results in an open final project workshop. The workshop is targeted at key representatives from academia, industry and policy making interested in shaping the future of CPS research and innovation in Europe.
